Product Manager
About the role:

Working in a fast-paced startup company, you will be reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the business development, marketing customer success and R&D teams, to define the roadmap and execute the building of ever-improving - vehicle sharing product. It is a senior but hands-on position.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the product roadmap
  • Identify current and upcoming customer problems and requirements and transform them into viable product specifications
  • Manage the entire product life cycle from defining and testing prototypes to delivering product to customers
  • Conduct market and customer research and competitor analysis
  • Prioritize - understand the implications of technological decisions and make trade-offs in terms of complexity, depth and timelines
  • Present and demo the product to different internal and external stakeholders
  • Set measurable product KPIs and implement data-driven work processes
  • Work closely with UX designers and developers to continuously deliver product that addresses real customer and end user needs

Required skills/experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS Product Management, preference to B2B2C product experience
  • Passionate about mobility, preference to relevant experience in mobility
  • Strong technical background and experience working in agile manner
  • Experience performing product-oriented quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in English. Ability to articulate complex ideas in writing and in person.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills. Ability to communicate and cooperate efficiently with customers as well as with co-workers from different teams like: R&D, Sales, Marketing, Biz Dev, Customer Success, etc.
  • Customer needs and date focused
  • Ability to multi-task with multiple priorities and tight time frames.
  • Proactive, creative, independent, detail oriented, organized, problem solver and team player
  • Experience in 3rd party integration implementation - an advantage.
  • BA degree
  • Available for traveling several times a year to meet clients, a plus

Sales Manager
About the role:

Working in a fast-paced startup company, you will play a key role in building our sales pipeline in order to support our rapidly growing activity in the world. You will be reporting directly to the COO and be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives. In this role, you will generate and qualify leads coming from inbound and outbound sources, pitch to potential customers, create and manage relationships, and help close deals.

The ideal candidate will be a hunter and will be responsible for generating appointments with existing sharing operators as well as new entrants from large car rental, manufacturers, energy companies and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads coming from inbound and outbound sources
  • Identify decision makers in potential companies and existing sharing companies and contact them via social networks, email and phone
  • Build rapport quickly, within minutes of a phone call or the subject line of an email
  • Pitch to potential customers, create and manage relationships, and help close deals
  • Nurture leads that are in the sales and marketing funnel
  • Document everything in the CRM and optimize and automate the sales process
  • Track everything in the CRM and provide weekly reports on progress
  • Be able to identify which leads aren't likely to buy and those that are likely to purchase in the near future.
  • Maintain relationships with current accounts in order to retain their business and possibly earn referrals
  • Collaborate with Marketing to continually improve lead generation activities and automation
  • Provide market intelligence and clients' preferences to Marketing, Sales, and Product teams
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly KPI's
  • Forecast sales and determine the profitability of products and services

Required skills/experience:

  • Excellent verbal and oral communications skills in English is a must (native level). Other languages such as French, Spanish and German a plus
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working for a technology B2B company in a sales role
  • Passionate about mobility and be curious about transportation industry, experience in the mobility industry a plus!
  • B.A. in Marketing, Sales, Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to details
  • Proactive, creative, independent, autodidact, problem solver and team player
  • Experience using, documenting and setting processes in CRM
  • Entrepreneurial spirit

QA Manager
About the role:

QA Manager will assess software quality through manual and automated testing. You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches.

In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze system specifications
  • Collaborate with the development team to develop effective strategies and test plans
  • Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
  • Evaluate product code according to specifications
  • Create logs to document testing phases and defects
  • Report bugs and errors to development teams
  • Help troubleshoot issues
  • Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
Required skills/experience:

  • Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
  • Experience in project management and QA methodology
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
  • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
  • Working knowledge of test management software
  • Attention to detail
  • Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
  • Strong organizational skills
  • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

Full Stack Software Developer
About the role:

We are looking for strong and motivated developers to help us continue evolve and make our vehicle sharing platform better and safer.

Responsibilities:

  • Be fascinated by cloud computing and how things work!
  • Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable architecture and code

Preferred skills/experience:

  • Great analytical skills and well versed with SQL.
  • At least 2 years of experience with server-side (We work with .net core) with deep understanding of the framework and tools
  • At least 1 year of experience with client side technologies (React is a plus)
  • Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server

  • A team player with good communication skills and an ability to work independently
  • Able to multi-task under pressure in an agile environment
